Terms of service

These terms govern your use of TaxFiler.ae during private beta. A public terms of service, reviewed by UAE counsel and benchmarked against Wafeq, Xero, and QuickBooks UAE, will replace this document before the public launch announcement, and you will be notified by email at least 30 days before it takes effect.

During private beta

• The service is provided as-is, without warranty.
• We may modify or remove features without notice during beta.
• You retain ownership of your data. We will provide export on request.
• Filings to the FTA are your responsibility; we provide tools and worksheets, not legal advice.
• For tax-correctness sign-off, engage an FTA-licensed Tax Agent.
