How long is the call?
20 minutes for the discovery + demo. We’ll stay longer if you have detailed questions, never shorter to hit a quota.
Will you pitch me on the call?
We’ll show the product and answer questions. If TaxFiler isn’t right for you, we’ll say so and recommend a competitor (Wafeq, Zoho, Xero) that fits better.
Who’ll be on the call?
The founder, plus an accountant on our team if your setup is complex (group structure, Designated Zone, large fixed-asset register, etc.).
Do I need to prepare anything?
Nothing required. A sample COA or recent trial balance helps make the demo more concrete, but we can show generic data too.
Is the demo free?
Yes: and there’s no obligation. We’d rather earn your business in conversation than trap you in a trial timer.
